June 8th
Springfield, Missouri turned out to be a very active scene with multiple bars all with very different atmospheres. The hospitality we recieved from Sean and the staff at Club Fresh as well as the other bands were outstanding. Although not a huge turnout, it was still an enjoyable evening.
June 10th
We arrived in Fort Worth the night before the show and hung out with our boys from Sweetooth. The following afternoon we arrived at Lola’s to load in and soundcheck. The gig turned out better than expected playing in front of a large crowd of metal fans. Our cover of Pantera’s ‘Domination’ was very well recieved. The crowd was loud, rowdy, and proud. Can’t wait to go back.
June 11th
The Muse Event Center in Salina, KS. Although we were treated with great hospitality, the show itself was somewhat of a bust. That was until a few fans showed up and rocked out with us. They heard us on Sirius Satellite Radio and were really into the band. The sound system was one of the better systems in the tour. Thanks to John and the rest of the staff.
June 12th
Eck’s Saloon Lakewood, CO.
This was our second time playing Eck’s and always good to be back out in Colorado. The show initially had a good turnout but again we ran into local bands and their friends leaving as soon as their set was over. There were a few people who stuck around for our set at the end of the evening and we gave them a classic DBW performance. It was much appreciated.
